Her knowledge in literature and music is deep-rooted and making use of it in the facilitation of varied sessions is incredible.  A certified expert in Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy and holds massive contributions in the field of mental health. This multitasker in her adds on to making a very productive team at our centre. She is a learning vocalist and uses her skills in our Music Therapy and other music-related sessions. Elderly at our centre love to listen to her singing. In her six years-long association with Rainbow Day Care Centre last two years she has dedicated full time at the centre exploring her deep interest in doing something for society. Neha Khaladkar

A sociology graduate and a post-graduate in social work with a specialization in Family and Child Development, Neha loves listening to music and enjoys reading. She makes very productive use of these interests of hers when during the afternoons she sits with some of the senior citizens at our centre, helps them prepare and sing songs with them, or reads excerpts for them of their choice.

She has worked with varied social organizations and has been dedicatedly working with Rainbow Day Care Centre for the last six years.

Vartika is a Consulting Psychologist and Arts-Based Therapy Practitioner with twelve years of experience in the field of De-addiction and up to fifteen years of experience working with varied populations and age groups from difficult and vulnerable backgrounds at the grassroots. She founded a social enterprise called Machhli to create safe healing and learning spaces for children and adults. Machhli offers Arts-Based Therapeutic and non-therapeutic sessions, experimental arts-based sessions, storytelling sessions, drum circles, and much more.

She has expertise in designing and executing social campaigns, programs, sessions, and workshops for varied populations from grassroots to corporate organizations on issues like road safety, drug and alcohol de-addiction, open defecation, end violence, etc. using varied art forms like visual arts, drama, storytelling, music and subtle energy work.
